The Bureau of Indian Standards Club aims to promote awareness of standardization, quality assurance, and the importance of established standards in engineering, manufacturing, and everyday life.
The club introduces students to the role of standards in ensuring product quality, safety, reliability, and consistency. Through awareness programmes, workshops, competitions, and institutional initiatives, members gain an understanding of quality management and the practical importance of standardization in industry and society.
